Outro homem duro, vida dura tirada de Sheridan Smith e sempre uma boa música tema

Só tenho a Paramount para assistir às suas coisas e, felizmente, este show está caminhando para um show para superar Yellowstone. O Tommy de Billy Bob certamente é um ator melhor ou está no mesmo nível de John Dutton.

Espero que não tenhamos que esperar anos por outra série

I just started season three and while it’s not as good, it continues to be entertaining

Every answer I get leads to more questions, and I worry that there will be more questions than answers, but so far it’s been a fun show to watch.

The Penguin is just awesome

Everyone knows Colin Farrell is a great actor, but he is unrecognizable as Penguin here. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him nominated for an award for his role in this film. The biggest surprise was Christina Milioti as Sofia Falcone.

I was wrong

I wasn’t sure when I heard she had been cast in this role. She is a good actress, but I don’t think she was suited for this role. She is just as good as Farrell and makes you believe Sofia Falcone is a true rival to Penguin.

That’s the way it is in Washington DC

I wouldn’t be surprised to see her nominated for an award for her role in this film either. This isn’t your typical DC or Marvel series, it’s a proper gangster series. This series is set in the basement of a now partially destroyed Gotham City and is a great sequel to Matt Reeves’ Batman.

I knew about the real maple heist, saw the preview, and thought it would be fun to watch

When maple syrup farmer Ruth Landry finds her livelihood being attacked by greedy competitors who were once her friends, she hatches a scheme to exact revenge and shake up the industry. It’s loosely based on the 2011-2012 theft of $18 million worth of maple syrup from a warehouse in Quebec; five people were sentenced to prison. I want to start by saying that I went into this show with medium to low expectations, so there weren’t any major disappointments or real surprises.

It’s someone else’s work regurgitated over and over again

And it might be fun to watch, if you like a crappy Fargo rip-off by people who don’t understand any of the working ingredients of Coen Brothers movies. And I guess you could say that all the little elements they stole from other films could be homages and hat-tips, if they weren’t so weirdly and inappropriately confident in their uniqueness. There’s a certain smugness to the writing and direction that, frankly, isn’t earned.

Sarcastic, homely, tough, weirdo-tough

It’s the end of the telephone game, and the line is barely recognizable. The only real draw to the show, the one that kept me watching until the end, was the cast. They gave it 100%, even though the characters were all the same archetypes these actors always seem to play these days.

It seems like certain cast members are unable to escape the type of casting that has trapped them. I want more range for them, even if they are truly great at what they are continually stuck doing. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.

Watched the first two episodes and while there is a clear effort to create a "goonies in space" show here, what is so wrong with that? This is a much different take on a story existing in the Star Wars universe. I enjoyed the look and feel of what a suburban town looks like in this world because we have never really seen that.

T. The 4 main characters are typical but enjoyable, they each have their clearly defined roles in the group and are acted well by the actors. The pirate vibe isn't necessarily something we have seen played out before and adds a slightly spooky element and an atmosphere of danger.

If this was a movie from the 80s it would have fit right in

Enjoying it so far for the new story telling elements in the Star Wars universe, the hints of nostalgia of movies of my childhood, and the fact I can share this Star Wars experience with my kids.
